Conference Venue

The Shadzz Conference / Meeting room is a ground-floor spacious room that is ideal for all purposes whether it be for a meeting, training,employee interviews, presentation or trade display. It has a private and quiet location. We welcome inspection of the room.conferenceroom.jpeg:

  • Full on-site fresh catering available for everybody including vegetarian and gluten intolerant diets.
  • Air-conditioning / heat pump
  • We can hire a data projector on your behalf and include in your conference invoice. You are welcome to bring your own data projector.
  • Broadband internet access available
  • Fax and photocopying services
  • Corporate accommodation rates available in conjunction with conferences Please note: Catering is an additional charge on top of the room hire charge.

    Catered room hire prices

    • $150.00 per day (8 hours 9am to 5pm)

    • $115.00 for half a day or evening (4 hours) 8.30am - 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm

    Non Catered room hire prices

    We are happy to allow your own catering, but this means we do not supply any crockery, cutlery, electric jug or beverages.

    We have chilled water available in the Conference room from the water cooler, with glasses supplied.

    An additional room cleaning charge of $30.00 is imposed. This is due to the extra cleaning required when food and beverages are consumed in the Conference room.

    • $180.00 per day (8 hours 9am to 5pm)

    • $145.00 for half a day or evening (4 hours) 8.30am - 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm
