Enjoy a casual rate of $8.00 (GST inclusive) per person, per session. This includes use of the award winning Fitness Centre, Heated Pools, Spa, Sauna and Steamroom at the CLM Health & Fitness & Lido Aquatic Centre, Park Road, Palmerston North.

• Monday to Thursday 6.00am- 8.00pm
• Friday 6.00am - 9.00pm
• Weekends & Public Holidays 8.00am - 8.00pm
