Cancellation Policy Guarantee
If you book Directly With Shadzz Motel and Conference Centre and your plans change resulting in having to cancel your booking that you made either over the phone, email or our own online booking site, we will waive the 24 hours notice and the one nights accommodation will not be deducted from your credit card. Most motels have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy where if you cancel, one nights accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. The exceptions to this policy are for 'no shows' (where no notice at all is given and you don't turn up), direct group bookings made through us and for bookings made through third parties who have their own cancellations policies which you will have agreed too.
